Refunds
We do not offer refunds for any purchases made online or in-store. All sales are final.
Exchanges
We understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations or fit your needs. We allow exchanges under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging
- Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order
- Proof of purchase (receipt, order number, or confirmation email) is required
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
Please note that customized items or sale items are not eligible for exchange.

- Once approved, return the product through Pickup Mtaani or an agreed courier method.
